Deployment covered the company in Seattle, United States, and extended expense processing and approvals across all departments, positioning the Expense Management platform as the single source for spend capture and control.
Operational governance was restructured to eliminate employee reimbursements and centralize approval and settlement processes, enabling finance to automate reconciliations and accelerate month-end close. The implementation eliminated reimbursements, delivered automated expense workflows, and produced three times faster reconciliation as reported by the customer, with reconciliations and approvals executed inside Brex Spend Management.
