The Aptean Apparel ERP Full Circle implementation was configured to support tech-pack management, specing, grading rules, and production fitting records. Configuration work captured first pattern development, pattern corrections and completed production patterns, along with target spec definitions and size set grading to reflect cut and sew and fully fashioned knit construction.
Operational coverage included in-house pattern makers using the system to drape and record initial patterns, production teams conducting fittings and logging fit comments, and R&D validating material approvals. The implementation supported ongoing communications with overseas vendors for production fit approvals and spec revisions, ensuring source of truth for specs and fit history resided in the Full Circle environment.
Governance and process changes centered on formalizing tech-pack revision control, fit comment capture during production fittings, grading signoff workflows and target spec approval handoffs between pattern makers, R&D and sourcing. The account notes STAUD personnel as efficient in Full Circle software, with the system embedded into pattern, production and sourcing workflows to standardize specification and grading processes.
