The PrometeoManutenzione CMMS implementation included a canonical asset register, structured work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts inventory tracking, and maintenance planning modules. Configuration emphasized role based access for planners, technicians, and supervisors, plus technician mobile workflows and standardized work order lifecycles to support daily execution and outage planning.
Operational coverage focused on maintenance, reliability engineering, production support, and facilities teams, with the PrometeoManutenzione CMMS integrated into routine maintenance planning and execution practices. Governance changes embedded formal maintenance planning and scheduling processes, defined approval gates for capital versus operational work, and established new documentation and audit trails for maintenance activities.
