In 2018 Stonebond Properties implemented Eque2 EVision as a Construction ERP to consolidate housebuilding operations and centralize project information. The deployment targeted commercial, accounts, and housebuilding teams within the 29 person firm, aiming to remove spreadsheet dependence and provide a single source of project truth accessible to relevant stakeholders.
The implementation focused on EVision Housebuilding functionality, emphasizing housebuilding specific features such as plot level forecasting and what if scenario modelling, project update visibility, and integrated project costing workflows. Eque2 EVision was configured to allow users to run detailed forecasts directly from the system, reducing the need for manual aggregation of data held in separate documents.
Operationally the rollout consolidated functionality that had previously been split between Eque2’s Construct for Sage 200 used by the commercial department and Sage 200 used by the accounts team, moving housebuilding process control into a single Construction ERP instance. The scope covered project teams and finance, with the system used to produce up to date project status and to support land purchase evaluation through scenario driven profitability analysis.
Governance changes included shifting update workflows into the EVision Housebuilding environment so that meeting time and manual status chasing were reduced in favor of system recorded updates. As a result Stonebond Properties were able to run what if scenarios and produce detailed forecasts from Eque2 EVision rather than relying on spreadsheets, improving the consistency of information used for investment decisions.
