In 2018 Stroeer implemented Prescreen ATS as their Applicant Tracking System to operate as the customer facing ATS on the corporate career website. Prescreen ATS is used to capture candidate applications via job listings published on karriere.stroeer.com and to provide a centralized candidate intake point for Stroeer recruiting operations in Germany.
The deployment configured core Applicant Tracking System capabilities including job posting and management, candidate application intake through embedded career site links, applicant tracking across defined hiring stages, and automated candidate communications and workflow orchestration. Prescreen ATS was provisioned to support requisition management, candidate profile storage, and recruiter workflow management consistent with standard ATS functional modules.
Operational coverage centers on Stroeer talent acquisition and HR teams who manage job requisitions and candidate pipelines through the Prescreen ATS interface. Governance was aligned to centralize hiring workflows and recruiter access controls, standardize candidate data handling on the career site, and route applications into the ATS for ongoing screening and interview orchestration.

In 2020 Stroeer deployed MPM ProcessMining as a Process Mining application to instrument and analyze end to end operational processes across the organization. Stroeer implemented MPM ProcessMining to create a centralized platform for process discovery and performance analytics, positioning the tool as the primary Process Mining capability supporting operational and process excellence efforts.
The implementation focused on core Process Mining capabilities including automated process discovery, conformance checking, variant analysis, case level drill down, and KPI dashboarding. MPM ProcessMining was configured to deliver visual process maps, throughput and bottleneck analytics, and time based performance views, with analytics models tuned to reflect Stroeer transaction and event patterns.
