Sulu Legacy Sulu Symfony CMS Content Management Content Management PHPro Belgium 2018 2019
In 2018, Studbook Zangersheide implemented Sulu Symfony CMS as its Content Management platform to consolidate five separate public sites into a single multisite installation. The implementation was executed by PHPro Belgium and centralized content delivery and editorial administration across studbook marketing and auction channels in Belgium. The Sulu Symfony CMS deployment emphasized multisite content modeling, centralized taxonomies, and search indexing to enable searchable studbook data and a live auction capability tailored for the equestrian studbook. The project delivered a unified admin UX and single-sign-on for users and editors, standardizing editorial workflows and content publishing across the consolidated sites. Operational coverage focused on marketing and auctions functions and on editorial teams, with a single multisite CMS instance serving Belgian operations while improving navigation and search for global users. Platform capabilities implemented included content authoring and management, unified access control via single-sign-on, and enhanced search to surface studbook records and live auction listings. Governance and process changes moved the organization to a centralized editorial model with consolidated user access controls and streamlined content management procedures, which reduced manual processes and improved consistency in navigation and search. Sulu Symfony CMS was restated throughout implementation documentation to align Content Management architecture, administration, and operational workflows under a single multisite instance managed by PHPro Belgium.
