Governance shifted toward centralized CRM ownership for campaign orchestration and referral management, with workflow rules enforcing lead to schedule progression and attendance follow up. Reported outcomes included a 12.5% increase in lead to schedule conversion and a 49.3% increase in attended appointments following the RSI Platform implementation.
