In 2021, SunExpress implemented Logo Peoplise Onboarding to digitize onboarding and recruitment within HR in Turkey. The Logo Peoplise Onboarding deployment concentrated on Onboarding workflows and candidate lifecycle management to centralize new hire administration for the airline's Turkish HR organization.
Configuration focused on candidate intake, digital forms and document capture, automated task orchestration for hiring managers and HR, and role based approvals and employee data capture typical of Onboarding applications. The implementation included workflow templates for recruitment to onboarding handoff, electronic document storage, and automation of routine HR tasks to reduce manual coordination.
SunExpress worked with Peoplise and cited the vendor's continuous support and alignment of product development to their operational needs during and after rollout. Governance adjustments standardized onboarding procedures and assigned clear process ownership within HR, enabling centralized process management across Turkish HR teams. SunExpress reported streamlined onboarding operations and improved process management following the implementation.
