RealPage Legacy RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents Lease Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2011 2012
In 2011 Sunrise Management implemented RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents as its core Lease Management platform. Deployment was overseen by Technology and Business Operations leadership who directed support teams covering over 85 properties using RealPage products and 100 properties using AppFolio. RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents was configured to support lease administration, leasing workflows, rent processing, payment handling, screening, renters insurance administration and collections, aligning application modules to property management operations. Configuration included role based access segmentation for leasing and operations staff and standardized leasing templates and regional forms to enforce consistent processes. The implementation emphasized operational modules typical of Lease Management systems, such as tenant screening workflows and payment reconciliation. Operational interoperability focused on tools explicitly in use across the organization, including LeaseStar portals and YieldStar revenue management for pricing and portal workflows, AppFolio for a subset of properties, and SharePoint for documentation and manuals. Support teams maintained cross system workflows between RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents and these tools for screening, payments and collections processes. The architecture supported coexistence with AppFolio properties while centralizing lease administration on RealPage OneSite Leasing & Rents for the RealPage portfolio. Governance and rollout included development of regional operations manuals and forms for California, Nevada and Arizona offices and an ongoing training program led by a certified OneSite Leasing & Rents trainer delivering three day onboarding courses for new users. Day to day governance covered lease administration, Ops Technology, LeaseStar portal management, YieldStar oversight, payments, screening, renters insurance and collections. The implementation paired operational documentation with sustained training to stabilize workflows across property operations.

Cisco Systems Legacy Cisco Umbrella Secure Web Gateways (SWG) CyberSecurity n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Sunrise Management implemented Cisco Umbrella as its Secure Web Gateways (SWG) solution to centralize web and DNS-level security across the organization. The deployment was run as a companywide initiative led by the Director of Technology and Business Systems, with the Business Systems Team executing configuration and reporting directly to the CEO. Cisco Umbrella was configured to provide core Secure Web Gateways (SWG) capabilities including DNS-layer threat blocking, web traffic filtering, policy based access controls, and consolidated administrative dashboards and reporting. Configuration work emphasized role based administration, device and user policy profiles, and integration of threat intelligence feeds typical of SWG deployments, with operational logging and SIEM-ready export points for security operations. The Umbrella implementation was delivered alongside other platform rollouts such as MalwareBytes, DattoRMM, Cisco ShareFile, and SAP Concur, and operational coordination aligned DNS and web policy enforcement with endpoint protection and remote monitoring management workflows. Policy documentation, incident workflows, and end user guidance for Cisco Umbrella were incorporated into the company SharePoint intranet and FreshDesk knowledge base, and reporting surfaced through existing PowerApps and reporting workflows maintained by the Business Systems Team. Governance for the Cisco Umbrella rollout included formal change management, corporatewide presentations, and professional development led by the Director of Technology and Business Systems to drive adoption. Ongoing operational ownership resides with the Business Systems Team and IT security stakeholders, with updates to corporate operations guides and helpdesk procedures to sustain policy governance and user support.
