In 2022 Suntory Holdings deployed Evolany anybot as a Chatbots and Conversational AI solution to support consumer marketing on the LINE messaging platform in Japan. The implementation targeted marketing/CRM and customer loyalty campaigns, positioning Evolany anybot as the channel orchestration layer for LINE-based engagement.
