In 2011, Superior Glove implemented Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) as an ERP Financial solution. The deployment ran January 2011 to July 2011 under Operations and Office management, covering finance, customer service, HR and IT responsibilities for more than 40 staff and revenues in excess of C$30M.
The Sage 300 ERP implementation focused on Accpac Financial configuration, with configuration, data import and integrity testing of core financial ledgers. Implemented capabilities included general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows, period close controls and transactional posting configuration consistent with ERP Financial functionality. The team executed data migration and validation routines to ensure financial data integrity prior to go live.
Esker Automated Order Entry was configured and integrated to feed transactional order data into Sage 300 ERP, and Esker system testing was completed alongside financial data validation. A Switchvox IP PBX phone system was configured to establish telephony-driven workflows linking customer service and order entry processes with the ERP-backed order-to-cash flow. These integrations supported consolidated transactional routing between customer service and finance functions.
The program included an IT review and the establishment of an IT managed resource solution, and HR strategy work to align operations with the new ERP Financial system. Governance centered on workflow establishment, configuration control, and pre go live integrity testing across Accpac Financial and Esker components. The initiative was explicitly aimed at improving internal operations and increasing efficiencies across finance, customer service and IT.

In 2018, Superior Glove implemented ADP Payroll for Payroll across its corporate finance organization. The Corporate Controller led the rollout while overseeing finance for four subsidiaries spanning Canada, Honduras and the USA, coordinating owners, internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
The deployment focused on core ADP Payroll capabilities configured for multi-entity payroll processing, statutory tax remittance and payroll accounting and reporting. ADP Payroll was set up to produce payroll journals and exports for posting into Microsoft Dynamics GP, aligning payroll outputs with functional and reporting currency requirements established during the company consolidation into GP.
Integrations and operational governance were structured around finance and IT collaboration, with payroll interfaces established for banking for payroll deposits and remittance workflows to Revenue Canada and US Federal and State agencies. Governance included controller-led oversight, documentation for external audit and coordination across the finance team that managed general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash applications for the four legal entities.

In 2018, Superior Glove implemented Fluke eMaint CMMS at the Point Leamington production facility. The deployment used Fluke eMaint CMMS, Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS), to digitize asset registers and spare parts inventories for the plant maintenance organization, establishing a direct relationship between Superior Glove, Fluke eMaint CMMS, Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) and core maintenance operations.
Implementation activities documented at the site included physical inventory counts and bulk entry of parts and asset records into Fluke eMaint CMMS, effectively standing up the inventory module and asset registry. The project also configured mobile data capture workflows, using portable barcode scanners in conjunction with eMaint by Fluke to enable barcode scanning of parts and assets, and aligned work order templates and preventive maintenance scheduling consistent with standard CMMS functional workflows.
Operational coverage was scoped to the Point Leamington production facility, with the maintenance department and storeroom staff as primary users. Integrations recorded in the engagement were limited to handheld scanner workflows and CMMS data import processes tied to the inventory effort, no additional system integrations are documented.
Governance and rollout took place during May 2018 to August 2018, with a maintenance student supporting implementation tasks, performing inventory counts, entering records into Fluke eMaint CMMS, and providing end user training on portable scanners and mobile CMMS workflows. The implementation emphasis was on site level data reconciliation and hands on training to embed CMMS procedures into maintenance and storeroom operations.
