In 2022 Asun Supermercados, operating as Supermercados Online, deployed Idever Loyalty as a Customer Loyalty platform to centralize CRM functions and loyalty enrollment. The engagement with Idever targeted customer capture, automated communications and promotional sweepstakes to support store and online customer acquisition and retention.
Idever Loyalty was configured to support core CRM and loyalty program modules, including enrollment workflows, segmented customer profiles, campaign automation for email and SMS, and promotional sweepstakes management. Configuration emphasized marketing automation and data capture at point of sign up to enable targeted campaign orchestration and personalized promotional flows.
The solution sits within the marketing organization and integrates with the company SAC customer service channel and the e-commerce platform to unify customer interactions and transactional signals. This integration enabled use of support contacts and online purchase data to refine segmentation, drive targeted, data driven promotions and coordinate loyalty communications across channels.
Governance and operational ownership were assigned to marketing, with Idever Loyalty driving campaign execution and loyalty enrollment processes.
