The solution sits within the marketing organization and integrates with the company SAC customer service channel and the e-commerce platform to unify customer interactions and transactional signals. This integration enabled use of support contacts and online purchase data to refine segmentation, drive targeted, data driven promotions and coordinate loyalty communications across channels. Governance and operational ownership were assigned to marketing, with Idever Loyalty driving campaign execution and loyalty enrollment processes. The rollout delivered rapid sign ups at launch, improved NPS and more targeted promotions, positioning the Customer Loyalty system as the primary tool for marketing led customer engagement.
