In 2017, Supermercati Visotto implemented Zucchetti HCM as its Core HR application. In 2019 Supermercati Visotto implemented Dialog E3 Suite Data Warehouse to establish an Organizational Management Control Function with primary emphasis on commercial operations and human resources. The rollout targeted the retailer's 21 points of sale across the provinces of Venice, Treviso, Pordenone and Udine, aligning store level and distribution center analysis with centralized management reporting.
The implementation deployed discrete commercial modules including a POS Commercial Dashboard that provides store and department benchmarking, a PdV Assortment Analysis Gap for assortment improvement, and the Bilancini Management module that calculates REAL PROFIT MARGIN versus THEORETICAL PROFIT MARGIN and highlights noted and unknown inventory differences. Commercial capabilities also incorporated supplier margin performance controls to support buyers, promotion supervision tools to validate campaign readiness, and operational controls to address high-rotator stock outs. Human resources functionality captured month end competence and labor cost allocation to operating units, and delivered daily, weekly and monthly sales productivity measurement based on actual hours worked, together with qualitative workforce attributes for mixed qualitative quantitative analysis.
Dialog E3 Suite was implemented on an Oracle data warehouse architecture that enabled granular data collection down to the receipt level for scanner sales and to single transactions for goods movements, supporting detailed transactional analytics and periodic inventory margin calculations. The E3 Suite processing capabilities were configured to ingest POS scanner streams and goods movement records, and to produce operational dashboards and margin analyses used by both sales force and network support teams. Dialog Sistemi provided the E3 Suite application and consultant support, working directly with Visotto technical staff and company officials during configuration and data onboarding.
Governance and operational change included creation of a dedicated Management Control resource, which Dialog supported through candidate search and targeted training during the project. Dialog consultants collaborated with inhouse technical resources and commercial staff, enabling daily updated information workflows that drove adoption among new commercial officials. As a result Supermercati Visotto achieved its stated control and governance objectives for primary operational processes in a short amount of time, with the Dialog E3 Suite Data Warehouse providing the core analytics and reporting infrastructure for commercial and HR decision making.
