In 2018 Supertonin implemented Idever Loyalty as a Customer Loyalty platform to create a loyalty club and enable omnichannel marketing across its Tonin Superatacado retail and digital channels in Brazil. The deployment targeted customer identification and RFVX-style segmentation to support personalized campaigns, with the Idever Loyalty platform serving as the central CRM and loyalty data store.
The implementation configured Idever Loyalty modules for customer identification, loyalty club management, segmentation and campaign orchestration, and personalized communications. Campaign workflows and segmentation logic were built to execute RFVX-style audience splits and drive individualized offers, supporting both marketing automation and targeted digital sales efforts.
Integrations were implemented with e-commerce and SAC systems to unify customer touchpoints, enabling omnichannel campaign delivery and customer service access to loyalty profiles. Operational scope included marketing and customer service functions within Supertonin, with phased rollouts starting in 2018 and governance focused on segmentation rules, campaign approval workflows and synchronization of loyalty data across channels, producing higher engagement and stronger support for digital sales channels.
