Functional capabilities provisioned included telephony services, centralized contact management, hot desking, presence-enabled remote working, and click to dial workflows to streamline agent and staff communications. Call reporting was delivered via a third party call analytics and reporting application to provide real-time dashboards and a customizable wallboard. Skype for Business integration was implemented to unify presence and enable seamless collaboration across teams, synchronizing contacts and enabling click to dial between user clients and the Ericsson-LG iPECS Cloud platform. Operational coverage encompassed all 20 Swan Housing Group sites in Essex and East London and extended to remote workers, positioning the iPECS Cloud as the primary telephony and contact platform for customer service and operational teams. The solution was delivered as a cloud-hosted iPECS Cloud architecture, providing centralized management and secure, resilient call connectivity. Rollout was adopted enterprise wide with every staff member onboarded to the iPECS Cloud platform, simplifying governance through centralized contact directories and consolidated call reporting across sites. The configuration supports scalable provisioning of new users and sites to align with Swan Housing Group growth plans, while third party analytics provide visibility of real-time call data to support service level objectives. The deployment emphasized ease of use to accelerate user adoption while maintaining call quality through the secure Ericsson-LG iPECS Cloud infrastructure. | |
