Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Swan Housing Group implemented Infor SunSystems as its core ERP Financial application. The deployment established Infor SunSystems as the primary system of record for financial accounting across Swan Housing Group operations in Essex and East London, bringing financial control and standardized bookkeeping into the housing association's finance function. Infor SunSystems was configured to support typical ERP Financial workflows, including general ledger processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting and financial reporting, aligned with the organization’s Sun accounts usage. Operational support for Infor SunSystems was routed through the IT service desk, which logged and tracked SunSystems incidents and requests in Hornbill Supportworks, and coordinated application-level troubleshooting alongside desktop and infrastructure teams, while the application coexisted with other enterprise systems used by the organisation such as Microsoft Office 365, Civica Contact Manager, iTrent payroll, QUBE property management and Soprano accounting modules.
