In 2012, Swiss Medical Group deployed ZKTeco iClock Series across its Argentina operations. The deployment used ZKTeco iClock700 and iClock580 fingerprint terminals at 19 sites, totaling 278 units to centralize time and attendance and access control for HR and security.
The ZKTeco iClock Series was implemented as a Time Clock (Hardware) solution, delivering biometric fingerprint authentication, time stamping, and door access control capabilities. Terminals were configured for centralized reporting and local biometric capture, with standardized attendance workflows and device configuration to ensure consistent data capture across sites.
Terminals were networked to a central reporting layer to support exports for payroll integration and provide real-time monitoring of access and attendance events at headquarters. Operational coverage explicitly included HR for payroll and attendance management and security teams for access control oversight across the 19 Argentine sites.
Rollout governance focused on site-level device provisioning and centralized reporting consolidation at headquarters, standardizing attendance records and reporting formats. The implementation centralized reporting at headquarters and improved attendance accuracy, with exports designed for payroll integration and real-time monitoring as part of operational controls.
