In 2021, Symbox implemented Insightsoftware Logi Izenda to embed Analytics and BI capabilities directly into its Digital Business Platform. The deployment integrated Logi Symphony components to provide self service analytics that surface operational visibility for process orchestration and operations, supporting Symbox customer offerings in the UK and EMEA regions. The implementation delivered embedded reporting and interactive dashboards within the platform user interface, with configuration focused on operational analytics, ad hoc reporting, and visualization of process metrics.
