| Graffiti.ERP | Legacy | Graffiti.ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 | In 2015 Talmex Poland implemented Graffiti.ERP as its core ERP Financial application to support B2B commerce and partner integration. The initiative focused on extending the Graffiti.ERP deployment with Graffiti@ and Ascent.DBI to instrument partner-facing workflows and automate document flows across commercial relationships in Poland. The implementation layered two explicit extensions, Graffiti@ and Ascent.DBI, onto Graffiti.ERP to create a B2B platform. Graffiti@ was used to expose partner collaboration capabilities and commerce process logic, while Ascent.DBI provided the data integration capabilities required to synchronize transactional and master data between Graffiti.ERP and external partner systems, enabling automation of partner business processes and reducing paper-based workflows. Operational scope targeted B2B and commerce processes across Talmex Poland and its trading partners in Poland, concentrating on partner collaboration, order and document exchange, and integration of commercial workflows with the ERP Financial core. The work emphasized integration and orchestration between the ERP Financial application, the Graffiti@ collaboration layer, and the Ascent.DBI integration layer to support consistent transactional data flows and document lifecycle management. Governance and process changes prioritized partner connectivity and the elimination of manual paper workflows, with rollout oriented around commerce and partner integration scenarios. Reported outcomes from the project included reduced paper workflows and improved partner collaboration as a result of the Graffiti.ERP extensions, Graffiti@ and Ascent.DBI. |
