In 2024 Tata Consumer Products US completed Phase 1 of an UpClear BluePlanner Integrated Business Planning TPM and account planning deployment in the United States. The project deployed UpClear BluePlanner Integrated Business Planning as a central planning layer to align commercial planning and promotional management.
The implementation concentrated on TPM, account planning, demand forecasting and trade spend capabilities inside BluePlanner, enabling account level plan creation, promotional spend tracking and forecast alignment to produce cross functional planning insights. UpClear BluePlanner Integrated Business Planning was used to connect account planning, forecasting and trade spend processes within a single application framework.
Rollout was executed as a phased deployment with Phase 1 focused on the United States, targeting commercial, trade operations and finance functions to improve planning cadence and visibility. The initiative sought faster, more detailed visibility and control over trade spending and to enable integrated planning between sales, finance and trade operations.
