Plastiq Legacy Plastiq Payment Processing Payment Processing ERP Financial Management n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, Tatari implemented Plastiq Payment Processing using Plastiq Accept to enable ad buyers to pay instantly by credit card while Tatari receives funds via ACH or wire. The deployment targeted Tatari's United States operations and aimed to streamline receivables and reduce payment delays for time-sensitive media buys. The implementation centers on Payment Processing capabilities for card acceptance and settlement orchestration. Configuration work included card acceptance, tokenization for repeat purchase workflows, settlement routing to ACH and wire rails, and transaction-level reconciliation to support finance and accounts receivable. The Plastiq Payment Processing deployment exposed controls for authorization, capture, and settlement timing, and delivered payment feeds and reporting that were integrated into Tatari's billing and reconciliation processes. Functionally this touches ad sales, client billing, accounts receivable, and client success teams to improve invoice transparency and operational handling of payments. Governance changes formalized centralized payment handling procedures and updated collections workflows to accommodate instant card acceptance while preserving ACH and wire settlement flows. Priority Commerce's 2024 case study reports Tatari saved up to $100,000 in merchant fees during peak months and improved customer experience and operational transparency. These reported outcomes informed operating procedures across billing and client success and were used to refine rollout sequencing for Payment Processing across Tatari's US business functions.
