In 2020, Tavistock Asset Management United Kingdom engaged Kurtosys Document to automate factsheet production. The project started on 25 November 2020 and was delivered in early January 2021 to meet the January factsheet run, implementing Kurtosys Document within the companys finance and marketing document workflows.
The implementation targeted finance and marketing documents in the UK and produced 66 factsheets for 10 funds within a six week turnaround. Kurtosys Document, a Document Management application, enabled self service generation of factsheets via the Kurtosys app and centralized the factsheet production workflow previously managed as a manual desktop driven process.
Configuration work focused on template driven factsheet generation, automated rendering and scheduled publishing, along with role based access and an administrative console for governance. The deployment established automated orchestration of data into templated renders, on demand self service generation for business users, and scheduling to meet recurring factsheet runs.
Operational rollout concentrated on finance and marketing teams in the UK, replacing manual desktop steps with a centralized Kurtosys Document workflow and self service interface. The short six week production cycle to create 66 factsheets for 10 funds was delivered to align with the organizations January factsheet cadence and to embed new document production governance and scheduled publishing practices.
