In 2018, Taypa Turkey implemented UyumHRM, Uyumsoft's HR solution listed as LioX-HR, to centralize domestic and international HR and payroll processes across Turkey and Serbia. The program began in January 2018 and achieved Turkish go-live in June 2018. UyumHRM was provisioned as the company Core HR system, consolidating employee master data, payroll execution workflows and employee self-service functionality. Configuration and module work focused on payroll processing orchestration and employee self-service portals to standardize pay runs and employee access to HR records. The deployment centralized HR operations across domestic and cross-border sites under a single application layer for payroll and HR administration. Rollout followed a phased approach with the Turkish entity going live in June 2018 and subsequent extension of system scope to include Serbia, with documented improvements in payroll execution and employee self-service as part of the implementation.
