In 2019, Teguar Corporation implemented BILL Accounts Payable to streamline international vendor payments and improve cash flow forecasting for its manufacturing business in the United States. BILL Accounts Payable was deployed as an AP Automation application to centralize accounts payable processing and payment orchestration for the company finance function.
The implementation configured category-aligned capabilities including automated invoice capture and validation, electronic payment execution for cross-border suppliers, programmable approval workflows and centralized vendor payment orchestration. These functional modules supported cash flow visibility and forecasting by surfacing payable timing and payment status alongside automated disbursement controls.
The deployment integrated with NetSuite to exchange vendor master data, invoice records and payment postings, enabling end to end accounting reconciliation between BILL Accounts Payable and the ERP. Operational coverage focused on the lean finance team handling international vendor payments, consolidating payment execution and approval flows under the AP Automation solution.
Governance was shifted toward centralized approval workflows and fewer manual checks, with the rollout reducing manual checks to approximately one per month and saving the lean finance team at least five hours per week.
