In 2021 Telecom Egypt provisioned CorporateStack E-Invoice on its business portal as a cloud-based AP Automation solution to deliver e-invoice packages to Egyptian businesses. The deployment is framed as a cloud delivery model offered through Telecom Egypt's commercial channels and made available regionally through Vodafone V Hub partnerships announced in 2021.
CorporateStack E-Invoice was implemented with core e-invoicing functions aligned to AP Automation workflows, including invoice generation, electronic validation, statutory filing and archival. The deployment included payroll, self-service HR SSHR, training management and HR intelligence modules, with the Oracle E-Business Suite Succession Planning component inferred as part of the talent management footprint. Configuration work focused on standardizing employee records, automating payroll processing, recording training and competency data, and enabling talent review and succession workflows consistent with Succession and Leadership Planning functional practices.
Operational scope covered Telecom Egypt’s nationwide workforce in Egypt, and the program targeted HR process improvements across the Middle East region. Responsibility for the solution centered on HR and payroll departments, with governance oriented toward centralized HR data, standardized talent and payroll workflows, and role based access controls to support operational consistency.
The deployment centralized HR and payroll operations, reduced manual HR work and improved HR visibility according to the source. Oracle E-Business Suite Succession Planning was used to extend HR intelligence and talent management capabilities alongside payroll and training modules.
