In 2022, Telemont implemented me Source-to-Pay, the Mercado Eletrônico electronic procurement SaaS platform, to centralize and automate procurement across its supply operations in Brazil. The deployment placed the me Source-to-Pay cloud service at the center of sourcing and purchasing workflows, aligning the project with the Source to Pay application category and targeting procurement and buyer teams for operational consolidation.
Configuration work emphasized centralized quote records, purchase order orchestration, invoice capture and a contract repository, with approval workflows and catalog management to reduce manual tasks and improve pricing quality. These functional capabilities reflect standard Source to Pay processes, enabling structured requisitioning, approvals and document retention to support more consistent supplier engagement.
Rollout scope covered the procurement function and buyer users across Telemont supply operations in Brazil, and governance changes focused on standardized process controls and centralized records for quotes, invoices and contracts.
