In 2018, Telenor implemented Indivizo ATS as an Applicant Tracking System for an HR recruitment deployment in Norway. The deployment targeted a management trainee program and centralized initial candidate screening within Telenor's HR function.
Indivizo ATS Automated Video Interviews module was configured to capture recorded candidate responses for asynchronous review, enabling recruiters to pre screen without live scheduling. During the management trainee intake 150 applicants completed recorded interviews within six days, dramatically reducing scheduling and pre screening effort. Operational coverage was HR recruitment for the Norway program, and governance shifted initial screening responsibilities from coordinated live interviews to structured asynchronous evaluation by recruiting teams.

In 2024, Telenor implemented F24 CIM as its central preparedness and crisis-management platform to support global security and incident response. Telenor deployed F24 CIM to provide an enterprise Emergency Management capability across its Nordic and Asian operations, linking corporate security, regional incident response teams, and crisis leadership functions.
The deployment uses F24 CIM modules for planning, exercises, notification, collaboration and shared situational maps, with configuration centered on incident lifecycle management, exercise orchestration and multi-channel alerting. F24 CIM provides role based notification workflows, collaborative incident rooms and geospatial situational views to align planning artifacts, exercise outputs and live incident data in a single operational environment.
Operational coverage explicitly targets Telenor Group security and incident response across Nordic and Asian sites, enabling cross-regional coordination between local response cells and group crisis governance. The implementation was positioned as a centralized platform for preparedness and crisis-management, standardizing notification and collaboration practices while maintaining regional operational control.
Governance changes focused on centralizing crisis procedures and exercise management within F24 CIM, embedding common workflows for notification and stakeholder communication. The deployment aims to improve real-time coordination and stakeholder communication, consolidating planning, exercises and situational awareness into one Emergency Management system, F24 CIM.
