The deployment centralized global cash and treasury management for the private equity–owned electronics after‑market services firm, covering more than 15 operating entities and over 10 currencies across Asia, the Americas and Europe. The implementation focused on cash management and executive reporting, FX dealing, factoring transaction initiation and counterparty credit‑risk analysis for directors and the executive board.
Implementation work included configuring intercompany interest mechanics, establishing cash pools and bank account structures, and enabling FX and interest‑rate hedging capabilities inside Kyriba. The roll‑out also encompassed bank migrations for Asian entities and setup of treasury reporting and transaction initiation workflows, positioning Kyriba as the group’s centralized platform for multi‑entity cash positioning, FX execution and banking connectivity.
