Business functions impacted included customer retention, marketing communications, and point of sale operations through new workflows for validating stamps and distributing vouchers. Rollout occurred in early 2020 and enrolled hundreds of members, establishing a persistent communications channel for push notifications and vouchers. Governance concentrated on voucher lifecycle and messaging cadence, and operational adoption required staff training on enrollment and redemption procedures.
