In 2012, Terrena Group implemented Divalto Infinity as its ERP Financial system. The deployment placed Divalto Infinity at the center of the company's finance and accounting architecture for the manufacturing group. The implementation encompassed core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and budgetary control, aligned with standard ERP Financial functional workflows. Divalto Infinity provided structured financial transaction processing and reporting capabilities for centralized fiscal governance.
The Divalto Infinity deployment was provisioned into an application ecosystem that included Sciformat for time management, planning and budget tracking, LocPro for vehicle fleet management, MyReport for report management, QlikView for data centralization and report edition, Crystal Report for invoice and repair order printing, and Automator for automation of batch treatments. Reporting and data consolidation workflows relied on MyReport, QlikView and Crystal Report to generate statutory and operational outputs sourced from the ERP. Automator was used to schedule and automate routine processing and data exchanges between systems.
Operational scope focused on finance and related operational functions, integrating ERP Financial transaction processing with planning and fleet systems to support cross functional workflows. Governance emphasis included standardized reporting processes, centralized control of invoicing and statutory report generation, and automated job scheduling to reduce manual reconciliation tasks. The narrative positions Divalto Infinity as the primary ERP Financial platform within Terrena Group's software landscape, coexisting with specialized vertical and BI tools.

In 2024 Terrena Group engaged Fortify Group to advance a Talent Management initiative by implementing Fortify Talent Management as part of a consolidated SIRH roadmap. The engagement explicitly targeted payroll system replacement and GTA activities alongside broader Talent Management and SIRH planning.
Fortify Talent Management was positioned within the SIRH program to encompass talent management capabilities such as performance management, succession planning, talent profiles and workforce planning, while advisory work covered payroll configuration and time and attendance requirements. The scope combined application configuration, role based access controls and standard HR workflows typical of Talent Management deployments.
Project activities included AMOA services, production of a cahier des charges and establishment of project governance to digitalise HR and payroll processes for Groupe Terrena. Planning explicitly addressed integration and data flow between payroll, GTA and the consolidated SIRH, with operational coverage focused on HR and payroll functions within the group.
Governance deliverables emphasized requirements definition and program level project governance rather than point implementations, aligning HR process reengineering with the SIRH roadmap. Fortify provided project governance and specification artifacts to support staged rollout and operationalization of Fortify Talent Management at Terrena Group.
