In 2016, Tewkesbury Park deployed Premier Software as its Hospitality ERP. The deployment incorporated CORE by Premier as the primary application component, aligning the Hospitality ERP with onsite finance and operational recordkeeping for the Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire hotel and leisure estate which employs about 120 staff.
Premier Software was configured to support core financial ledgers, purchase ledger workflows, cash control, and interfaces for payroll processing. The Finance Manager maintained responsibility for preparation of periodic management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments and accruals, and short term sales forecasting, with Premier Software used to centralize transactional posting and bookkeeping workflows.
Integrations were implemented to exchange transactional data with Xero Accounts and Xero Payroll, and to accept operational inputs from Planday and Rezlynx, reflecting an integrated application stack of Premier Software, Xero Accounts, Xero Payroll, Planday, and Rezlynx. Data transfer routines and reconciliations were used to ensure smooth transfer of information through to Xero Accounts, and to feed payroll and rostering data for final processing of payroll for 120 plus employees.
Operational governance centered on finance function controls, with the Finance Manager supervising the purchase ledger and cash control clerk, overseeing VAT return preparation, and supporting the annual audit process. Configuration and workflow changes focused on accounting automation, reconciliations, and audit support within the Premier Software Hospitality ERP environment, while maintaining operational alignment with front of house and reservations systems via the noted integrations.
