In 2025, TGW Logistics implemented Jaggaer Contracts as its Contract Lifecycle Management solution to centralize and standardize contract workflows across procurement. The company had previously adopted JAGGAER One in 2016 and reported process cost reductions of approximately 2.4 million euros in 2023 achieved through JAGGAER’s integrated source-to-pay suite, including Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Sourcing, E-Procurement and Quality Management ratings.
The Jaggaer Contracts implementation focuses on contract authoring, approval orchestration, obligations tracking and contract-to-sourcing linkage to align agreements with operational purchasing processes. Configuration emphasizes interoperability with existing JAGGAER modules so contractual terms, award decisions and supplier performance data are surfaced directly into sourcing and procurement workflows, reducing manual handoffs and strengthening auditability.
A key technical integration is the established interface between JAGGAER and the company SAP S/4HANA ERP, which already supports no-touch order and confirmation workflows, automatic tender transfers and mirrored order confirmations. Operational coverage spans centralized procurement teams responsible for direct procurement, the sourcing of direct materials, and supplier lifecycle activities for more than 1,700 connected suppliers, reflecting the same source-to-pay landscape that processed over 55,000 supplier orders and more than 3,400 tenders in recent years.
Governance and rollout emphasize centralized contract data, standardized templates and process automation to enable targeted supplier negotiations and faster onboarding. TGW Logistics plans further expansion of supplier management, use of JAGGAER’s Action module to derive measures from evaluations, an increased focus on risk management and broader inclusion of sustainability criteria in sourcing inquiries, preserving the link between Contract Lifecycle Management and end-to-end procurement operations.
