In 2022, Thayer'S Marine & Rv implemented Dealer Spike Digital Retailing in a Retail Management deployment, adding Dealer Spike’s Payment Genie digital retailing tool to its public website. The U.S.-based implementation targeted eCommerce and digital retailing, intended to provide customers with real-time on-site payment estimates and an integrated financing flow.
The deployment configured on-site payment estimation, an integrated financing flow, and online lead capture workflows to move financing conversations into the web purchase funnel. Functional capabilities implemented include payment estimate presentation, finance application initiation from the website, and web-to-sales lead transfer, with operational coverage focused on the dealer website and the sales and eCommerce functions.
On launch the dealer captured four leads that converted to sales within 30 days, reducing time-to-sale from months to days and delivering higher lead quality and faster conversions. Governance emphasis was on aligning online quoting and finance intake with dealer sales processes to accelerate closing of financing-informed prospects.
