Operational coverage extended across hotel and apartment staffing, with the HR Coordinator using Sage Snowdrops HR to process recruitment up to supervisory level and to run recurring training and induction programs. The system supported ongoing HR administration tasks and served as the primary record of employee relations activities, training attendance, and personnel documentation. Governance and process changes included formalizing recruitment and induction procedures within the HR system, instituting monthly HR reporting routines to inform management, and embedding case workflows for disciplinary and grievance matters. Sage Snowdrops HR thus became the foundation for the Athenaeum Hotel & Residences Core HR function and day to day personnel administration.
