Billing and invoicing workflows were executed through Timberline and Word invoicing templates, and the application handled claim vouchers and routine generation of customer invoices.
Operational coverage extended to project administration and accounting; the job administrator role used the system to set up jobs and contracts, prepare POs, enter estimates and change orders, and maintain current and completed job lists while maintaining contact with subcontractors.
