Operational coverage spanned Parksite distribution and finance operations across multiple US locations and nine distribution warehouses, bringing real-time business data and EDI transaction flows into a unified application stack. The solution impacted finance, warehousing, purchasing, sales and manufacturing functions, enabling end to end visibility from inventory and picking through invoicing and general ledger posting.
Governance and rollout were managed in close partnership with Pronto Solutions Alliance, delivered on time and on budget according to Parksite program leadership.
