In 2018, Parksite implemented Pronto XI ERP as its ERP Financial application to consolidate disparate systems accumulated through rapid growth and acquisitions. The company had been operating three separate computer systems, one of which was outdated and another heavily customised and incompatible with standard integrations, creating duplicated functions and extended month end close cycles of up to 30 days.
Pronto Solutions Alliance developed a tailored Pronto XI ERP blueprint that delivered full integration across core business processes and a paperless warehouse system. The implementation configured nine integrated modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Advanced Warehousing and Electronic Data Interchange, and provisioned 170 active users to work across those modules. The deployment emphasized warehouse automation and inventory accuracy, and included configuration of the Alert Intelligence feature and custom financial reporting capabilities within Pronto XI ERP.
Operational coverage spanned Parksite distribution and finance operations across multiple US locations and nine distribution warehouses, bringing real-time business data and EDI transaction flows into a unified application stack. The solution impacted finance, warehousing, purchasing, sales and manufacturing functions, enabling end to end visibility from inventory and picking through invoicing and general ledger posting.
Governance and rollout were managed in close partnership with Pronto Solutions Alliance, delivered on time and on budget according to Parksite program leadership. Explicit post‑implementation outcomes reported by Parksite include reduced shipping costs by 28 percent, improved picking accuracy by 84 percent, more timely month end closes and a stated 32 percent increase in overall productivity.

In 2018, Parksite implemented Pronto XI Manufacturing as its Manufacturing ERP solution to consolidate disparate systems across the business. The rollout followed a period of rapid growth and acquisitions that left Parksite operating three separate computer systems, causing duplicated functions and extended month end close times of up to 30 days.
Pronto Solutions Alliance designed and configured the Pronto XI Manufacturing deployment to deliver nine integrated modules, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Advanced Warehousing and Electronic Data Interchange. The implementation included a paperless warehouse system, inventory accuracy controls, customizable financial reporting and the Alert Intelligence capability to provide proactive transaction visibility and real time business data.
The architecture emphasizes full integration across financial, warehousing and EDI workflows, supporting 170 active users and operational coverage across Parksite distribution centers and warehouses. Integrations were executed to unify transactional flows from ordering and purchasing through picking and shipping, and the Advanced Warehousing and EDI modules were used to improve stock tracking and electronic transaction exchange across locations.
