Oracle Legacy Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2018
In 2015, The Professional Group implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to centralize HR and payroll processing. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was used as the core ERP Financial platform to support employee record management, payroll transactions, and payroll auditing across the organization. Operational use included entering new and rehired professionals into Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, processing terminations in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and running weekly payroll audits by job and company. Teams performed background and social security checks on candidates, researched terminations for unemployment claims, and processed payroll complaints, while maintaining an HR/Payroll Status Log. Other daily activities included filing, data entry, and answering phones associated with HR and payroll operations. The Professional Group integrated workflows with Taleo for candidate conversion and onboarding, and coordinated employee time and payroll data with NOVAtime and ADP software to complete payroll cycles. Taleo was used to convert candidates to employees and to execute the onboarding process, while NOVAtime and ADP software were operational touchpoints for time capture and payroll processing. Governance centered on operational controls such as the HR/Payroll Status Log and weekly payroll audits, and processes were structured to link candidate background checks, onboarding in Taleo, and transactional updates in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. These procedures supported HR and payroll departments across The Professional Group's United States operations and codified end to end workflows for hiring, payroll reconciliation, and termination handling.
