Governance emphasized role based access through PeopleSoft Security and the corporate portal, with phased rollout and production support to stabilize live modules. Project delivery included multiple implementation phases and ongoing production support for Core HR, self service, payroll and benefits modules, aligning benefits administration processes with existing HR, payroll and CRM operational workflows.
