In 2021, Southern Poverty Law Center implemented Clovers Hiring Intelligence Platform to modernize Recruiting workflows. The deployment targeted the organization's recruiting function within HR at the 421 employee nonprofit, using the Clovers Hiring Intelligence Platform to change how early stage candidate assessment was conducted.
The implementation configured one way video interview workflows that replaced a 45 minute scheduled phone interview with a 15 minute asynchronous video assessment, reflecting an emphasis on asynchronous evaluation and screening automation. Clovers Hiring Intelligence Platform delivered screening insights that allowed recruiters to triage candidates earlier in the funnel, enabling teams to focus live interview time on the best applicants.
Operationally the rollout converted synchronous phone interview scheduling into asynchronous evaluation workflows, reducing coordination overhead and shifting the screening cadence. Governance and process changes centralized front end screening on the platform, with recruiting teams adopting the platform as the primary gateway for candidate qualification and prioritization.
Outcomes stated by the organization include saving countless hours in the screening process and gaining insights that concentrate recruiter time on top applicants, outcomes realized through the Clovers Hiring Intelligence Platform and its asynchronous video interview capability.
