Operational integration included scheduled engagement with MHR for mandatory and optional system upgrades and the orchestration of payroll data collection, calculation, and entry through the computerized payroll processes. The implementation was operationally scoped to the Finance Specialist Services team, with responsibilities spanning payroll administration, HR form management, and cross functional coordination with managers to capture pay elements and adjustments. Governance and process changes were formalized through system administration ownership, regular audits of system data, and people management practices including monthly one to one meetings and annual appraisals for the small payroll team. The configuration and governance model supported the core business functions of payroll and HR administration, ensuring employees were paid accurately and on time under the MHR iTrent HR Core HR deployment.
