Operational scope included statutory and regulatory reporting workflows. At year end the team prepared statutory accounts and liaised directly with Deloitte external auditors. Knowledge transfer and operational procedures were created to support FCA returns submissions, covering Monthly reporting, Capital and liquidity planning and forecast, regulatory returns analysis, regulatory capital minimum requirements and the fixed overhead requirement for bi annual submission FSA001, 2 & 3, plus semi annual FUM at Risk reports for the Board, the Annual Adviser charges report R MAR section K, fees and levies return data and the ICAAP report FSA019, Pillar II Information. Governance changes emphasized repeatable close and submission processes, with documented month end checklists and clear handover materials for the Finance team. The project also provided ad hoc support for a revenue forecast used by a new BI system, aligning Infor SunSystems financial outputs with the firm’s emerging management reporting needs.
