Rollout and ongoing administration were managed internally by the Manager Operations and ICT with involvement from the Member Management Team for trustmark governance, legal compliance workflows, and financial monitoring processes. The Exact Synergy configuration and the certification workflow Portal institutionalized document centric governance, audit trails, and role based approvals for certification issuance and oversight.
