Pivotal Poland Legacy Pivotal CRM CRM CRM n/a 2019 2020
In 2019, TIM Poland implemented Pivotal CRM, adopting the CRM to support its hybrid e-commerce and offline distribution operations in Poland. The deployment centralized customer data and automated product data, pricing, billing and post-sales processes to scale online revenue. Pivotal CRM was configured with sales, pricing, customer card and collections functionality, aligning CRM workflows to distribution and e-commerce order flows. The implementation included automation of pricing rules, billing orchestration and post-sales case handling to support customer lifecycle management. The CRM supported integrations with marketplaces, payment and accounting systems, enabling transactional synchronization between channels and back office finance. Operational coverage included sales, pricing, billing, collections and e-commerce operations across TIM Poland's distribution network. By instrumenting Pivotal CRM across online and offline channels TIM Poland scaled online revenue and achieved approximately 70 percent of sales online, significantly accelerating growth in the Polish market. The platform Pivotal CRM provided a unified CRM foundation for sales, pricing and collections processes.
