Standard Social Media Management capabilities were applied to orchestrate publishing workflows and content scheduling, while the Content Pool served as a centralized repository for creative reuse and version control across accounts. Access and governance were structured around client groups, enabling controlled client access to reports and content while keeping editorial and publishing rights separated for agency teams. The implementation reduced training time and centralized multi-client social operations in Japan, with Statusbrew Platform providing the visual reporting and role based access that supported agency delivery and client transparency.
