In 2020, Timevale deployed RTBS from Esy Technology on its corporate website aussieworld.com.au. RTBS is implemented as the Reservation and Booking Management application supporting online guest reservations for the Australia based leisure and hospitality operator. The deployment was oriented around capturing direct website bookings and centralizing reservation intake for the company’s reservation and guest services teams.
The implementation configured RTBS core modules including the online booking engine, availability and inventory management, rate and allotment controls, reservation record management, and calendar based booking interfaces. Configuration emphasized an embedded website booking widget and automated booking confirmation workflows, together with front office management screens for reservation staff. RTBS was tailored to accommodate tour and accommodation style booking flows, including multi rate and date specific availability handling.
The RTBS instance operates across reservations and front office functions, enabling staff to manage bookings and modify reservations through the application console. Integration scope comprised a website front end integration for live booking capture, with the RTBS environment provisioned as a cloud hosted booking platform provided by Esy Technology. Governance concentrated on standardizing booking handling procedures, reservation acceptance rules, and front office workflows to streamline online reservation operations.
