In 2022, Titan Transfer implemented McLeod DocumentPower as its Document Management solution. Titan Transfer was the first fleet to begin using the ISAAC McLeod integration to route in cab captured documents directly into McLeod DocumentPower, improving visibility of bills of lading and related paperwork.
The deployment covered US operations, specifically dispatch and billing, and streamlined the mobile to back office document flow so dispatchers and billing teams could access images automatically within the McLeod ecosystem. Implementation emphasis was on document ingestion and automated availability inside McLeod DocumentPower, with the ISAAC McLeod integration providing the capture to repository pipeline and real time routing into the McLeod environment, enabling operational teams to work from image-first workflows rather than manual paper handling.
