In 2014, TJM Innovations implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to centralize its finance operations and accounting. The deployment used Oracle NetSuite ERP as a cloud SaaS solution to provide core ERP Financial capabilities configured for a small, ten person organization to manage bookkeeping and statutory financial reporting.
Configuration emphasis was placed on ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and financial reporting, with lightweight setup of the chart of accounts and month end close workflows. The implementation covered the finance function and basic operational bookkeeping supporting the company manufacturing activities, and governance changes introduced standardized invoicing processes, consolidated financial records and a regular close cadence.
