The QlikSense data model integrated Exact Globe and Exact Synergy sources to produce consolidated financial reports for the Management & Control department, enabling consistent project accounting views. Operational coverage targeted finance and management control functions at TKP Pensioen in the Netherlands, centralizing reporting artifacts and standardizing project financial views for recurring analysis. Reporting pipelines were configured to align transactional refresh cycles from Exact Globe with analytical consumption in QlikSense.
Governance activities concentrated on establishing a single reporting model and handoff processes between transaction owners and the Management & Control team, formalizing refresh schedules and report ownership. The engagement comprised two linked projects, beginning with a feasibility study of Qlik Sense for TKP Pensioen's operational reporting environment. In the second project the Qlik Sense implementation focused on financial reporting for the Management & Control department. Multiple financial reports were developed that consumed transactional data from Exact Globe and collaboration data from Exact Synergy as explicitly named source systems. The reporting scope emphasized visibility into the realization and exhaustion of customer projects, leveraging dimensional modeling and reusable Qlik Sense app objects. Development work included data extraction, mapping into the Qlik Sense data model, and creation of interactive dashboards for management reporting.
Integrations were limited to the specified Exact Globe and Exact Synergy sources, with extract and transform work feeding the centralized Qlik Sense data model and downstream visualizations. Operational coverage centered on the Management & Control function and project accounting workflows, while implementation patterns were designed for reuse across other operational reporting needs. Governance emphasis focused on standardizing the data model and report templates to ensure consistent use of Qlik Sense as the organizations Analytics and BI platform for the documented reporting scope.
