In 2016 TLScontact France implemented OrangeHRM Leave Management to centralize HR across its international visa processing operations and to address paper-based leave workflows. The deployment was initiated at the France headquarters and rolled out across the organization from 2016 onward, with an explicit focus on Absence and Leave Management to bring consistency to leave administration.
The implementation used the OrangeHRM Leave Management and Time Tracking modules to centralize leave requests, approvals, PTO accruals, and time capture. Configuration work emphasized manager self-service for approvals and employee visibility into leave balances, and it aligned accrual rules and approval workflows with existing HR policies.
Operational coverage included HR teams and line managers across TLScontact France and its international visa processing sites, with the system provisioned from the France HQ as the control point for configuration and rollout.
