In 2017 TNW implemented Rydoo Expense (ex Xpenditure). The deployment targeted Expense Management for TNWs 50-employee media operations based in the Netherlands, focusing on employee expense submission and finance processing workflows.
The implementation configured core Expense Management capabilities, including mobile receipt capture, automated data extraction, configurable approval workflows, expense policy enforcement and consolidated expense reporting. Configuration work emphasized user roles, approval chains, expense categories and per diem rules to align with TNWs travel and spending policies. Automation features such as receipt image capture and structured expense line creation were enabled to support digital submission workflows.
Operational coverage spanned employees who incur travel and business expenses and the finance team responsible for reimbursement and month-end expense close. The solution provided mobile and web interfaces to support on-the-go submission and back-office review, reflecting typical mobile-first Expense Management user journeys.
Governance and workflow adjustments established role-based approvals, audit trails and centralized expense reporting for finance review, standardizing submission and approval practices across departments. The deployment narrative documents Rydoo Expense (ex Xpenditure) as the application governing Expense Management at TNW.
