Medius Legacy Medius Analytics Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2022 2022 In 2022, TOGA implemented Medius Analytics as part of its Medius AP Automation deployment. The implementation covered Australia, New Zealand and European operations and supported processing of approximately 260,000 invoices per year. TOGA used Medius Analytics for Analytics and BI to support accounts payable reporting and operational oversight. Medius Analytics provided centralized reporting, dashboarding and operational analytics aligned to accounts payable workflows, consolidating invoice metadata, approval routing and exception information from the AP Automation environment. The configuration focused on delivering invoice volume, exception handling and cycle time analytics, with reporting models tuned for finance, procurement and shared services stakeholders. Rollout of Medius Analytics was aligned with the AP Automation go live across regions, using staged data ingestion and standardized reporting definitions to strengthen governance and visibility. Governance changes emphasized consolidated metrics and shared reporting views to support invoice processing oversight across sites. The implementation delivered stronger reporting and visibility and supported a reduction in invoice processing costs of about 30 percent while improving governance of AP processes.
